Great variety and thin crust
That great pizzería with the easy name, "Santa Fé 1234".
They say they're in Recoleta, "Barrio Norte" probably is better, but they're really in Retiro just a couple of streets from 9 de Julio.
The crust is what makes it.
A lot of extranjeros complain that they can't get good thin-crust. Most places seem a little thick side. Pizza a la parilla seems too wafery.
Well, dry your eyes my little friend! This is a really fine thin crust. Tell the pizzero to leave it in the horno a minute or two longer than average ...and you got thin AND crocante!
I just discovered Natacha, exactly one block from my digs.
Very yummy buttery thin crust!
