None better than MAZACOTE esq San Jose y Chile in Monserrat. Line out the door at midnight, it has been there for 50 years. Not one of the new and trendy places but full of neighbors from Monserrat and also people that come from all over Buenos Aires. I am lucky as it is across the street from my cassia! :))) _Susy
